The responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: Must have active Florida Community Association Manager License (if no active FL CAM License, need not apply). Real Estate License or Certified Property Management licenses do not apply to this position. Provide executive direction of day to day and long-term operations of the association Be familiar and knowledgeable of the association's governing documents Direct and participate in the preparation of association procedures designed to implement board adopted policies Review studies, reports and correspondence related to the operation of the association Attend board meetings as scheduled, annual and budget meetings for your portfolio Prepare monthly board packets Ensure that the policies, resolutions and other acts of the board are carried out Assist with the implementation of the association's annual budget in cooperation with the Financial Group Vendor management per board direction for projects and repairs/maintenance Management of the association, including planning, organizing and assigning work, delegation of authority and accountability management Ensure compliance with architectural and design covenants Act as association liaison with all local and state governmental authorities and bodies In addition, Vista CAM looks for the following attributes in their employees: Must have active Florida Community Association Manager License (if no FL CAM License, need not apply) College Degree preferred Positive daily attitude Team Player Strong communication and verbal skills Strong work ethic and attendance Strong organization and attention to detail
