We don't just manage real estate—we shape how it enables the business. Now, we're looking for an Operation Property Manager to lead that experience at the site level.
The Role:
Lead the Experience Behind the Workplace This isn't a traditional property management role. You'll be the site leader and trusted partner for everything related to property operations—ensuring the environment runs seamlessly, supports business goals, and delivers an exceptional experience for every stakeholder. From facilities and vendor management to financial performance and space optimization, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day execution —balancing operational excellence with long-term planning. What You'll Own End-to-end site operations Oversee facilities management, vendor performance, site access, and service delivery to ensure best-in-class operations Stakeholder experience & partnership Build strong, trusted relationships with internal customers, tenants, landlords, vendors, and guests—serving as the face of SRE on site Financial performance Manage site and portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and contract fulfillment Space optimization & strategy Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, occupancy costs, and lease conditions—aligning workplace strategy with business needs Vendor & contract management Lead vendor onboarding, performance, and payment processes—from purchase orders through invoice completion Project coordination & planning Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously—coordinating across teams to deliver improvements that enhance site performance and customer satisfaction Asset & maintenance planning Maintain strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, infrastructure, etc.) and ensure alignment with maintenance standards, regulations, and asset documentation What You Bring You are a hands-on operator with a strategic mindset —someone who thrives in a customer-facing role while maintaining strong control over financials and operations.
Required:
Significant years of experience in real estate, property management, or facilities operations 5+ years of experience managing projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, contract/expense management) Experience in facilities management, vendor oversight, and site operations Strong communication and presentation skills in a customer-facing environment
Preferred:

  • $150,144 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary.
The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
