Operations Manager - Short-Term Rental Portfolio Preserve Property Co. | Outer Banks, NC Preserve Property Co. is a growing vacation rental management company overseeing 30+ high-quality homes across the Outer Banks. We are focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining homes at a high standard. We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day property operations, vendor coordination, and property readiness. This is a key leadership role within the company. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all managed properties Manage and coordinate vendors (maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, etc.) Ensure homes are guest-ready and meet quality standards Conduct or oversee property inspections Identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively Track and manage tasks using systems such as Breezeway Coordinate with Guest Experience team to ensure smooth operations Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio What We're Looking For Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality preferred Comfortable working with vendors and handling field operations High attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to make decisions and take initiative This Role is
