Job Description

If you are looking to make extra money and is reliable and organized.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with overseeing multiple mobile home properties in the Spartanburg area. Delivering notices when applicable. Must have a computer and printer Marketing available homes. generating leads, and assiting with the application process.
Resident customer service:
complaints, property issues and landscaping. Schedule with contractors, inspect issues and streamline communication to appropriate personnel to ensure proper completion of projects and/or maintenance.
Property curb appeal and inspections:
Regular inspection of vacant homes, grounds, and lots. Issuing violations when applicable.
