Social Communities is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Property Management Assistant to support on-site visits at resident-owned mobile home communities in Vermont. This role is ideal for college students or individuals interested in gaining real-world experience in property management, real estate, or community-focused work. The position requires monthly visits to three communities, offering a flexible schedule with meaningful, hands-on experience.
Duties:
Travel to assigned communities and complete scheduled monthly visits Observe and report on property conditions and community needs Build positive relationships with residents and community representatives Ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment Communicate updates and concerns to the Social Communities team
