We are currently seeking a full time portfolio manager for our Northern California Office with a minimum of two years experience in the industry, to manage a portfolio. Our ideal candidate is one who is organized, assertive, understands the basic legal requirements, and can assist communities in pro-actively managing the community for short and long-term goals. We maintain a reputation of providing superior service to our clients. As such, we are looking for the right candidate who has the same work ethic and will not only shine within our organization but also with the clients.
Responsibilities:
The community manager will need to track action items from meetings, update action items, solicit proposals, communicate with the Board of Directors and homeowners, prepare meeting agendas, prepare Board of Directors packages for meetings, attend Board of Directors meetings, handle property governance issues, identify property concerns, conduct site inspections and prepare and produce walk-through reports, ability to maintain systems (parking, rental tracking, fob, surveillance), etc.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a certified community manager with a minimum of a CACM and/or
CMCA, AMS
designation. The candidate must have at least two years experience in this industry, as a property manager. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, must be organized and punctual, and must be tech savvy and proficient in word and excel, as well as be able to pick up new technology with ease. Candidate should be familiar with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, etc. The candidate must enjoy building great relationships with the clients, vendors, and peers.
