Duties:

Receive and coordinate maintenance requests Trouble shoot with tenant over the phone Determine warranty status Schedule vendors and maintenance staff Communicate with tenants, owners, and contractors Track work orders and ensure timely completion Follow up on repairs and vendor invoices Assist with emergency maintenance coordination (As needed) Qualifications Property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with AppFolio or property management software is a plus Professional customer service skills AZ Real Estate License is not required, but would be a benefit We offer: Competitive pay PTO Stable full-time position Supportive team environment
