Job Description

This position would be a Property Management supervisor. Looking for this person to lead that initiative and run the property management for the portfolio down in South Jersey. The person would need to live in that area and have experience in property management, maintenance, municipal relations, and existing vendor relationships for maintenance work etc.
Location :
Live in South Jersey/remote, come to the PA office outside of Philly when needed, and travel around South Jersey.
Job responsibilities:
Oversee management of South Jersey residential portfolio, coordinate and establish relationships with outside vendors for maintenance work, establish relationships with municipalities and coordinate regulatory compliance.
Experience needed:
They are open to 1-2 years experience, up to having 5-7 years experience. Willing to pay in accordance w/ experience. Also, open to relocation of someone and be able to live in 1 of the properties at a big discount. Long term opportunity to build out a team under you as a Supervisor.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
