You'll run the full lifecycle of residential property management for your own portfolio of 50+ homes across the Omaha metro (part of a larger, growing company portfolio), working directly with owners, residents, and vendors to keep properties performing and people taken care of. What You'll Do Manage the full property lifecycle: onboarding, tenant screening and placement, invoicing, repair work, and lease renewals Conduct move-in and biannual inspections Be the trusted point of contact for owners on tenant quality, maintenance, and property performance Coordinate licensed, insured vendors and keep repairs moving Keep clean, timely records in AppFolio Juggle your portfolio of 50+ properties and multiple maintenance requests at once without dropping the ball Stay responsive to residents through the portal and direct contact Take an occasional turn on the after-hours emergency phone rotation (rare issues) What We're Looking For A track record of reliability, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities Clear, professional communication with owners, residents, and vendors Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not required; we'll invest in the right person What We Offer Competitive base salary, plus performance-based commissions: a $500 bonus for every licensed-agent referral that closes and $750 for every lease renewal you secure Paid Time Off starting at 10 days per year and growing to 20 with tenure 5 paid sick days per year, separate from your PTO 8 paid holidays Up to 3% IRA retirement matching Up to 12 weeks of parental leave, including 6 weeks fully paid, with job protection Flexible, remote-friendly work (we meet in person once every 1 to 2 weeks) Company-provided equipment, including a work laptop, monitors, and webcam $1,000 bonus paid following the 90-day introductory period. (Most benefits begin after a 90-day introductory period.) Why Paragon Generally you'll work a standard 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible, with the occasional weekend showing when a property needs one. Beyond that, how you run your day is up to you. As long as you're solving problems and taking good care of owners and residents, we have no interest in overseeing your day-to-day. We don't micromanage; we empower. If you spot a process worth refining or automating, or you find a better way to do something, bring it to us. We'll listen and adapt.
