About us White Pond Real Estate is a small business in Windsor, NH. We are professional, and our goal is to Provide a beautiful setting for families and groups to come and enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer for a vacation or a retreat destination. We operate a 200+ acre camp with several houses, cabins, and an Inn that provide the ideal summer and winter getaways. As well as offer several single family homes on a nearby lake in Sunapee. It is our goal and mission to provide a fun, safe, and happy atmosphere for all guests. Our work environment includes:

Work-from-home days We are looking for a full time on site caretaker for a large camp property in Southern New Hampshire. Primary duties would be to maintain and improve the buildings and structures on site. To include work such as carpentry, painting, light plumbing repairs, and dealing with problems as they arise, grounds maintenance, road maintenance, as well as handling day to day contact with renters should they need anything during their stays. The ideal candidate, would be very handy, with a background in building/construction, handyman work, grounds maintenance, hospitality, golf cart mechanics, and have the ability to multi task and work independently to get projects done. Responding in a timely manner, and with a positive attitude towards guest needs, is a must. Daily Tasks to include/but not limited to Cleaning the buildings or supervising a team of Cleaners Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles Inspecting the buildings, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required Managing bookings for any buildings or rooms available for hire Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation Maintaining the beach area, and keeping the beach house tidy and organized. Adhering to the company's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone We will provide competitive stipend for someone holding their own insurance, as well as full year round living accommodations, and all utilities. A husband wife team would work very well here, and for those willing to take on the cleaning of the Airbnb's this could put a team of people living for free and making over an etimated $100,000 a year.
