Job Description
I'm looking for a hands-on person to help with day-to-day operations for local rental properties. This role is a mix of administrative work and helping manage homes to keep them ready for tenants. You will work directly with the owner of the portfolio. This is a good fit for someone organized and comfortable handling a variety of tasks. Could work well for someone semi-retired, working part-time, or already involved in property work. What You'll Do Help manage rental listings and tenant communication Coordinate small renovation or maintenance projects Visit properties and check on progress as needed Help keep units organized and move-in ready Assist with general property operations What We're Looking For Reliable and organized Comfortable handling hands-on property tasks Able to work independently Good communicator Experience with property work, maintenance, or working with handymen is helpful Reliable vehicle required Compensation Paid per property managed Performance-based compensation: your earnings grow with occupancy and portfolio growth How to
