At C&C Property Management, we don't just manage properties. We create value, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants. We're looking for a Regional Property Manager to lead a small pod of specialists, including our field operations team that handles showings, inspections, and on-the-ground tasks. You'll own the owner relationships, run the leasing cycle, and drive the results for your portfolio. We give you the system, the tools, and the support. You bring the execution. What You'll Do Lead a Pod of Specialists. Manage and coordinate a field operations team plus support staff, and keep the work moving. Own the Client Experience. Be the point of contact for a portfolio of owners. Keep them informed and respond same day by phone and email. Run the Leasing Cycle. Oversee applications, move-ins and move-outs, renewals, lease terms, and security deposit handling. Solve Problems and Resolve Conflict. Address tenant and owner issues fast while holding property standards. Market and Optimize. Post units quickly, price to the market, and minimize days vacant. Operational Oversight. Manage vendor relationships and rent collection, all remotely. Run the Stack. Manage your portfolio and your team entirely through our software. This is a fully remote role, so your work lives in these tools. What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years in property management, with working knowledge of landlord-tenant law and standard PM processes. Experience managing or directing a team, or a clear track record that shows you can. Self-starter. You take a problem and solve it instead of routing it up. Customer-obsessed. You build trust with owners and tenants and you deliver. Strong phone and email communicator. You manage a full portfolio of owners and keep up with same-day responses without dropping balls. Clear writing and a professional phone presence are not optional in this role. Comfortable running a tech stack. We operate on AppFolio and Monday.com, plus our broader stack. You don't need every tool on day one, but you need to pick up new software fast and work in it without hand-holding. Why Join C&C Fully remote.
