Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Property Manager for our Union House Apartments community in Charles City, IA for approximately 5-15 hours/week. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service. Duties to
Include:
- Leasing of apartment homes
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Resident relations
- Light grounds upkeep
- Unit Turns if needed
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.Compensation:
