Columbus, GA (Travel required) A well-established property management firm is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Atlanta and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Travel to properties is required. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $75,000+ Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Monthly Technology Stipend Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Discretionary Annual Bonus Responsibilities Oversee operations across a designated regional portfolio of multifamily properties Serve as the liaison between centralized leadership and on-site teams Maintain visibility into all major property activity including maintenance, capital projects, vendor relations, and resident concerns Ensure each property operates in line with approved budgets and financial objectives Support property managers with escalated issues and provide operational guidance Procure and manage vendor relationships to support ongoing property needs Audit administrative, accounting, and maintenance practices to ensure policy compliance Coordinate with internal training and HR teams for onboarding, compliance, and employee management Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets Recommend and implement leasing, marketing, and pricing strategies Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5 years of property management experience At least 2 years in a regional or multi-site supervisory role Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with property management software (ResMan preferred) Proven track record in leadership and team development Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Must be independent, self-motivated, and responsible Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
