Regional Property Manager

The Regional Property Manager role oversees the day to day operations of the Regional Portfolio by implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and operations of multiple properties within the region. Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Address escalated customer issues, legal matters, and incident reports for the properties in the region. Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses. Supervise and train property management staff. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Handle resident relations and resolve disputes effectively. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure property upkeep. Provide relief management to onsite office staff as needed. Quarterly travel required to all properties. Other duties as assigned for special projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred or Related credentials in Property Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in property management software preferably AppFolio Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
