Regional Property Manager

Energetic leader required for communities located in the Central and South Orange County area. You must reside in the OC to be considered for this role. You will supervise all aspects of operations including staff development, leasing, customer service, repair & maintenance, landscaping, setting rents, advertising, budgeting, and more. Our regional property managers manage properties, not desks, and typically visit two to four communities a day, 4 to 5 days a week. Officing is flexible, at home, in the field, and at our corporate office near Anaheim, California. The best candidates will demonstrate experience and a genuine interest in all aspects of maintaining and improving the physical property, developing effective onsite teams, legal and contractual issues, and maximizing long-term rental income. A bachelor's degree and at least one year of regional-level experience managing a portfolio of 500+ units and a minimum of 3 direct reports is required. CPM designation, Yardi experience, and a current California real estate license are pluses. Your bachelor's degree, or better, is just the starting point. Continuing professional development is a must at our company. Through self-study, peer mentors, in-house training, and paid professional education, we keep our skills sharp and our knowledge current. Having a Real Estate License and Industry Certification such as a CPM or CAPS designation is preferred, however once hired, it will be required to obtain.
