Lubbock, TX Job Details Part-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Seeking a proactive Property Operations & Project Coordinator to help oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor coordination for two residential properties in Lubbock. This is a part-time position that generally will not exceed 20 hours per week. The role serves as the owner's representative, helping ensure projects continue moving forward by coordinating contractors and service providers, obtaining quotes, following up on outstanding items, monitoring work progress, and communicating regular updates. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, follows through without constant reminders, and is comfortable making repeated calls, texts, and follow-ups to keep vendors on schedule and projects from stalling. This is primarily a remote position that can largely be performed by phone, text, and email, with occasional visits to local properties to inspect conditions, meet vendors, document progress, and verify completed work. Frequent communication is required. While the position is part-time, the person hired must be reasonably available and responsive to calls, texts, and emails from ownership, contractors, and vendors during normal business hours, Monday through Saturday. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to begin immediately are required.
