The Position:
Karuna Care Services is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager to join their team of staff serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities primarily in the Boulder/Broomfield County region.The Company:

General Purpose The Residential Program Manager oversees the health, safety, and well-being of the consumers, providers, and families we serve. This position is responsible for providing person-centered support and caseload management, as well as, building trusting relationships with those in our care. The Residential Program Manager develops and implements action plans to assist clients to reach their full potential and support their teams and completes documentation required by state and federal regulations. Essential Duties Manage a caseload of 15-20 residential consumers in either the FCG, HH, or PCA model of care through regular communication and monthly meetings to ensure a strong relational rapport, trust, safety and the well-being of our consumers. Complete and file monthly and annual paperwork and consumer specific plans, according to HCPF and Medicaid regulations, in our online database, FRISCO. Conduct Individualized Plan (IP) and Interdisciplinary Team Meeting (IDT) meeting(s) annually or as needed by thoroughly understanding each individual and their support needs, goals, waiver services, financial information, medical information and appointments. Submit appropriate residential documentation to the Human Rights Committee (HRC) as requested and maintain any informed consent(s), rights restriction(s), and protocol(s) necessary. Provide exceptional customer service to consumers, families, providers, IDT members, KCS stakeholders and co-workers through active listening, providing compassionate care, and responding to all written and verbal communication in a timely manner. Responsible for training and supervising new providers and alternative care providers, according to HCPF and Medicaid regulations. Collaborate with medical professionals and pharmacies as needed to ensure the accuracy of medications and physician's orders. Responsible for timely reporting and overseeing consumer well-being through appropriate incident report documentation. Act as a liaison for outside agencies and vendors, such as Social Security, Medicaid, and Section 8, to ensure continuity of care and benefits. Participate in regularly occurring meetings, such as our weekly team meeting, FRISCO meetings, and DSP meetings to encourage positive relationships with co-workers and to discuss current agency practices and caseload specific questions. Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and respond to on-call emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner. Ensure the continuity of consumer specific medical care, delegations, and protocols through regular collaboration with our agency nurse to ensure consumer delegations and protocols are current and all supporting staff are appropriately trained. Support with representative payee needs for specific individuals on your caseload through the regular monitoring of assets, processing of tax returns, and other financial needs that may arise. Regular collaboration with direct support staff, other employees, and all agency departments to provide comprehensive consumer support and address any potential concerns. Ensure required trainings are complete and up to date for self and provider, including all Sky Prep trainings, CPR/FA, QMAP, and SCM.Job Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 1-2 year(s) of related experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Other Qualifications:
Must be self-directed and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage crises and adapt to rapidly changing demands of the position, consumer and agency needs. Effective written and verbal skills, with individuals and groups at all professional levels. Thorough understanding of MS office, office equipment and program specific software. Maintain a valid driver's license and meet Karuna Care Services' driving requirements. The position requires the use of a personal vehicle with liability insurance that meets Karuna Care Services' standards. Work Environment The Residential Program Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Services. Regular working hours are Monday-Friday during business hours, with possible evening, on-call and weekend hours as emergencies arise. This position allows for a hybrid work schedule requiring both in person and remote work. This position is spent mostly in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and will sometimes require community-based meetings.Position Hours:
Full Time - Salaried (Business Hours Monday - Friday) with additional evening, weekend and holiday on-call expectations based off agency on-call rotation schedule.Salary Range:
$41,600 - $54,996.20 based on experience and education.Benefits Package :
