Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Self-Storage Leasing & Growth Manager or Assistant to lead our property leasing operations and drive business expansion. In this role, you will oversee leasing activities, develop strategic growth initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your expertise in property management, sales, and administrative processes will be essential to maximize occupancy rates and foster positive tenant relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our self-storage facilities through innovative marketing, effective lease negotiations, and operational excellence.
Duties:
Respond to rental inquiries and convert leads into paying tenants Walkthrough to show the units Coordinate tenant lockouts according to company policies and state regulations Manage the storage lien and auction process from start to finish Photograph, catalog, advertise, and market auction units and abandoned property for sale Post auction inventory on online marketplaces and maximize recovery value Coordinate buyer communication, pickups, and post-auction activities
Requirements:
