Job description We're hiring a Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of outpatient medical properties and lead a property management team in the Chicagoland area. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, and strong tenant relationships in a hybrid work environment at company offices or portfolio properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, building owners, and key decision-makers to deliver best-in-class customer service aligned with Healthpeak core values (W.E. C.A.R.E).
- Conduct annual performance evaluations, oversee day-to-day team management, and coordinate property-specific tenant outreach programs to ensure high operational standards.
- Create detailed operating expense budgets, analyze financials (cash flow, variances), and own operational and financial performance across the portfolio, including 5-year capital plans and tenant improvement projects. Job benefits

- 114,000 USD annually with a generous cash incentive bonus
- Hybrid work model with on-site requirements 5 days per week and 30% travel within the Chicagoland area
