Job Description
Duties Oversee daily operations of the property, maintaining a high standard of customer service and resident satisfaction. Manage and maintain accurate resident files, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out documentation, and related records. Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, utilizing strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Conduct property tours for prospective residents, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of the community. Support the Property Manager and Leasing Manager with leasing activities, including applicant screening, background checks, and lease preparation. Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and quality control of all repairs. Assist in implementing marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective residents and sustain high occupancy rates. Utilize property management software to track resident information, manage payments, and generate operational reports. Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and all applicable housing regulations. Collaborate with the Property Management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance the overall resident experience. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred. Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated commitment to resident satisfaction. Knowledge of leasing procedures, contract management, and Fair Housing laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with residents, team members, and vendors. Proficiency in property management software and general computer applications. Proven ability to manage conflicts effectively and professionally. Sales experience is a plus, particularly with the ability to promote community amenities and services.
