South Bay Regional Lead Grafted Families Los Altos, CA Job Details Part-time $35 - $43 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Establishing local partnerships in a community engagement role Interpersonal skills Local agency collaboration Clear language communication Volunteer training Bachelor's degree Working with individuals with trauma-related disorders Networking through strategic partnership building Interpersonal communication Full Job Description Full Application needs filled out on our website at: https://helponechild.org/join-our-team Key Responsibilities Recruit churches and agencies to partner in serving children and families in the community, and serve as their initial point of contact. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, volunteers and key leaders in the region Network with other organizations in the region serving foster/adoptive families Resource churches and agencies with best practices, tools, and referrals Work to become the trusted, regional person that organizations call on for all things pertaining to foster care & adoption Represent GF, work to maintain and further develop relationships with county agency staff and community-based organizations. Attend regional connection groups regularly, get to know and build trust with the families served Support the Director of Groups as needed for new and established connection groups Work to become the trusted, regional person that families call on for foster care & adoption needs Provide local trauma training as needed (TBRI-certified or similar) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical/professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and function as a team member Comfortable coaching foster/adoptive parents Ability to lead trauma education Skilled in building relationships and networking Authentic love for Christ and involvement in a local church Needs to live in the region or have plans to move there
Strongly Recommended:
1st or 2nd hand personal experience with foster care and/or adoption
Pay:
$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
