This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, coordinating repairs, and ensuring properties stay in top condition for guests. You will be the go-to person for maintenance coordination and light hands-on tasks , helping ensure every property is guest-ready and operating smoothly. What You'll Do Coordinate and complete routine maintenance and minor repairs across multiple properties Troubleshoot issues such as locks, appliances, HVAC basics, and general home systems Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule and follow up on repairs Ensure properties are fully set up and operational (furniture, décor, supplies, appliances) Respond to maintenance-related guest and team issues in a timely manner Track tasks and provide updates on progress and resolution Perform periodic property inspections to maintain quality standards What We're Looking For Strong task management and follow-through (high attention to detail) Comfortable using technology (apps, messaging platforms, basic software tools) Ability to problem-solve quickly and independently Reliable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (text, phone, and email) Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Basic experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property management preferred Work Expectations Part-time hours (flexible, but must be responsive) Some evening/weekend availability for urgent issues Travel required between properties (within ~1 hour radius) Combination of remote coordination + in-field work Why Join Us?
