Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Virtual Community Manager / Social Media Coordinator to elevate our online presence and foster vibrant, engaged communities across various digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling camping and manufacturing content, manage social media channels, and develop innovative strategies to connect with audiences and our dealers Nationwide. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Threads. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia using video editing software. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community trust. This will have to be done evenings and weekends also. Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to optimize reach and ROI. Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility in search engine results. Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to strengthen brand loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools, and social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), Facebook Advertising, and keyword research techniques. Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing to ensure high-quality content delivery. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of public relations practices, branding strategies, e-commerce platforms, photography skills, and relationship management is a plus. A proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and digital marketing innovations.
