Focus areas include North Providence, Woonsocket, Pawtucket, Providence, Cumberland, Lincoln, Central Falls, Smithfield, Warwick, Kingston, and Bristol. This role is a strong fit for someone organized, professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating directly with residents, applicants, vendors, contractors, and community contacts. Property management experience is helpful, and we are also open to candidates with leasing, real estate, office administration, hospitality, retail, sales, call center, college housing, or other customer-facing experience. A college degree is preferred but not required if you have strong communication skills and practical experience working with people. Compensation $50,000
- 70,000 per year, based on experience and scope. Responsibilities
- Communicate with residents, applicants, vendors, contractors, and property contacts in English and Spanish.
- Respond to calls, emails, text messages, resident questions, and leasing inquiries.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor appointments, inspections, property access, and follow-up.
- Assist with leasing activity, rental applications, property showings, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
- Track resident issues, applicant information, vendor updates, and open tasks in an organized way.
- Support rent collection reminders, resident notices, and lease-related communication.
- Visit properties in Rhode Island as needed, especially North Providence, Woonsocket, Pawtucket, and Providence.
- Keep sensitive resident and applicant information confidential. Qualifications
- Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Property management, leasing, real estate, housing, maintenance coordination, office administration, hospitality, retail, sales, call center, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent customer-facing experience.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable using email, online forms, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred for property visits.
