  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community, 162 Units .
In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and staff. Your leadership will ensure the property runs smoothly, maintains compliance with all relevant regulations—including Fair Housing laws and Section 8 programs—and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage property leasing, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions while fostering a welcoming and well-maintained community environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property leasing, including conducting tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue through upselling amenities and services. Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs, inspections, and preventive upkeep to ensure a safe, attractive environment. Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, contracts, legal documents, and compliance reports using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite. Enforce lease agreements and legal requirements by applying knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 guidelines. Handle conflict management effectively by mediating resident concerns and resolving disputes professionally while maintaining positive relationships. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, CMMS protocols, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance needs while managing budgets and contracts efficiently. Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and proactive communication to foster resident satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, Section 8 housing vouchers, and related compliance requirements. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; experience with CMMS systems is a plus. Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, contract management, and legal documentation handling. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle resident concerns diplomatically. Knowledge of property maintenance procedures, facilities management practices, and basic office experience. Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts; ability to upsell amenities to enhance revenue streams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
