Job Description

Lead with purpose. Change lives every day. We're looking for compassionate leaders ready to build community and champion independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lead a Team That Changes Lives We're looking for experienced, compassionate leaders to join our residential teams - people who believe that where you live shapes who you become, and that everyone deserves a home built on dignity, independence, and genuine connection. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), guiding a team that shows up with purpose every single day. Your Role As a Residential Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll set the tone for everything: the culture of your team, the quality of care, and the sense of belonging that makes a house feel like home. You'll hire, train, and support direct support staff - modeling the professionalism and compassion you want to see. You'll ensure that daily life reflects each person's unique goals, interests, and dreams, encouraging independence and meaningful community connections at every turn. Day to day, you'll oversee staffing, household and vehicle maintenance, manage budgets, and keep documentation accurate and organized. You'll collaborate closely with clinical teams to support behavioral health needs, and maintain open, high-quality communication with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary partners. When urgent needs arise, you'll be the steady, capable presence your team and the people you serve can count on. Who We're Looking For You bring 1-2 years of leadership experience in residential services for people with I/DD, along with 2-3 years working as a Direct Support Professional. You have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the interpersonal and organizational skills to lead with both heart and clarity. Computer literacy for documentation and communication is required. What We Offer Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) receive our Platinum Benefits Package, including Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance (HMO & PPO), Delta Dental and vision coverage, a Health Reimbursement Account, and agency-sponsored life insurance. You'll also have access to a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation and sick time, tuition reimbursement up to $2,400 per year, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional perks include Aflac insurance, pet and identity theft insurance, vehicle repair discounts, career development opportunities, employee health and wellness events, and exclusive employee discounts.
