Job Description

SC Regional Housing Authority #3 Great opportunity available for a FT Property Manager to cover housing units located in Allendale, Fairfax and Hampton , SC. Duties will include but limited to:• Handling lease agreements and ensuring compliance with local laws. Collecting rent and managing financial records, including budgeting and reporting. Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, to ensure timely responses. Conducting regular property inspections to maintain standards and address issues. Address tenant concerns and disputes to foster a positive living environment An associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. The ideal candidate must be dependable, a self-starter and a great communicator. Prior experience as a property manager is preferred, but not required.
