Job Description

Property Management We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Management Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally Assist with rental and sales operations Manage property management administrative tasks Create and maintain rental listings Market properties through Facebook, MLS, and other advertising platforms Utilize property management software and office technology efficiently
Qualifications:
Property Management License and/or Real Estate License preferred Previous experience preferred but training will be provided Proficient in using online software Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay may be adjusted after training and qualifications are completed.
