In this dynamic position, you'll partner with property leadership to support daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, maintain compliance standards, and contribute to the overall success of the property. What You'll Do Support the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, assisting with applicant screening, and coordinating lease signings to help maximize occupancy. Deliver exceptional resident experiences by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset. Coordinate maintenance requests by communicating with vendors, tracking work orders, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to high standards. Maintain accurate resident and property records within property management systems such as , OneSite, RealPage, or Knock. Assist with rent collections, lease administration, and other essential property management functions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation. Support legal and administrative processes related to leases, contracts, landlord-tenant matters, and resident communications. Help resolve resident concerns through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Conduct property inspections, safety checks, and assist with facilities management initiatives to maintain a clean, attractive, and safe environment. Promote community amenities, services, and available lease options to prospective and current residents. Contribute to efficient office operations through filing, reporting, record keeping, and audit preparation. What You Bring Previous experience in property management, leasing, real estate administration, or a related field. Preferrably 2-4 years experience. Energy! Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Knock, or similar platforms is highly valued. Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Experience handling contracts, lease documentation, or legal paperwork is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, record management, and office support. Why Join Us?
