This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in student housing, team leadership, occupancy management, and property operations. The ideal candidate is operationally driven, resident-focused, and experienced managing fast-paced student housing environments while leading high-performing leasing and maintenance teams. Compensation & Benefits $80K

• 85K salary (flexible for the right candidate) Leasing & performance bonuses 40% onsite housing discount 20% discount at other company properties Monday-Friday schedule Qualifications 1-3+ years of Community Manager experience Student housing experience

REQUIRED
