Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10:00 AM•3:00
PM Pay:
$21.00•$24.00 per hour Join Our Team as a Property Manager Are you passionate about managing properties and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, Stintino Management in Charleston, South Carolina at The Charthouse and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized residential property Ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner Manage tenant relations and respond professionally to resident concerns Develop and implement property management policies and procedures Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and lease renewals Maintain property records and ensure compliance with company policies Support occupancy goals through resident retention and customer service initiatives
Qualifications:
Must have a Project Manager license in SC 3+ years of experience in property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications preferred As a Property Manager at Stintino Management, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our residents' lives and the communities we serve.
