Property Manager - Student Housing

Brand New Build to Clemson Campus! We are looking for a Property Manager to manage the day to day operations in maintaining this property. This individual is needed to set the stage for an incredible high level of customer service to our residents, vendors, and employees. To start the Property Manager will: Work with ownership to ensure all company financial and business objectives are being achieved Help to steer the NOI by managing occupancy at the maximum achievable rents Lead by example on effective lease negotiations, help with renewal strategies, and resident retention/resident satisfaction plans Manage community operations and functions as directed Keep a watchful eye over the community in accordance with company standard Aid in providing regular operations efficiency reports as required Champion all efforts with rent collections Here's the stuff we are looking for in the individual who wants to join our team: Minimum of two to three years in a community manager role Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions Attention to detail with great organizational skills Capable of performing duties with limited supervision Essential ability to meet deadlines Student housing experience preferred Experience with Entrata software a must
