You will be responsible for all financial activities, managing the onsite accounting software system, and resident relations for the property. The Assistant Property Manager also serves as the back-up to the Property Manager in their absence and provides overall support to the property to ensure the success of the property. The Assistant Property Manager will report to the Property Manager. The pay range is $50,000 - $55,000, plus an annual bonus.
