Property Management Team

Infinite Property Services is looking for reliable Property Managers to help run our local apartment communities. We are splitting our work into three simple roles. You pick the one that fits your skills best! 1.

Maintenance Manager:

You handle the repairs, get empty units ready for new tenants, and manage lawn/trash vendors. (Must have your own tools and truck!) 2.

Leasing & Sales:

You answer the phone, show the apartments to future tenants, and handle the move-in paperwork. 3.

Collections & Tenant Relations:

You talk to the tenants, collect the rent, and handle any neighbor issues or complaints.

The Details:

This is Contract Work (1099). You manage your own schedule to get the job done. We have 10 properties in the area. We need people who are tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone/computer. $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
