Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and dependable Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community of approximately 80+ units. This role includes a private on-site apartment as part of the compensation package. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable assisting tenants, coordinating day-to-day operations, and supporting an off-site property manager. Previous property management experience is not required. Responsibilities Assist the property manager with daily operations Show available apartments to prospective tenants Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and maintenance personnel Maintain organized records of maintenance updates and property activity Conduct routine walkthroughs of the property and report issues as needed Help ensure the property remains clean, organized, and professionally maintained Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and staff Benefits Flexible schedule Private on-site apartment included as part of compensation Stable long-term opportunity to learn and grow within the company
Pay:
$100.00 - $400.00 per week
