Job Description

Integrity Rise , an innovative, customer-centric property management company, is recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager ; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to ensure the property is maintained according to the company standards and help create a positive living environment for residents.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing residents Assist with showing units, processing applications, and screening prospective residents Collect rent, record payments, and follow up on delinquent accounts Conduct regular property inspections, track work order reports and coordinate and schedule maintenance requests with the maintenance team Maintain accurate records of resident files, leases, and other property documents Ensure data in property management software is accurate and up to date This is a full-time, regular position based in Greenville, SC. The Assistant Property Manager will work onsite at 49 Orchard Park Dr with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays (on rotation) between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. About Integrity Rise Integrity Rise is a property management company with a vision to redefine the industry through unwavering transparency, innovation, and integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively independently and collaborate and support peers as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, or MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) and Fair Housing Act (FHA) laws. Valid Driver's license. Travel occasionally for regional functions and local operational needs. High School Diploma or equivalent. Nice-To-Haves Experience in multi-family property management preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)) are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to move about for long periods of time. Ability to move up to 50 pounds and conduct property inspections. Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle. Ability to work in both office and on-site property environments, including outdoor areas subject to weather conditions.
