Community Manager

Salary:

What your future day will look like: Collaborate with the Board of Directors, internal teams, and residents to implement new programs and ensure high-quality service delivery. Act as a liaison to resolve issues and maintain strong community relationships. Conduct regular site inspections, manage violations, and oversee architectural control applications. Oversee vendor relationships by soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all agreements are current and fulfilled. Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, manage collections, and oversee financial reporting. Coordinate with legal counsel on delinquent accounts and lien procedures. Prepare board meeting materials, attend meetings, and maintain communication channels including newsletters, websites, and welcome packages for new residents. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and presentations, and track potential liabilities, ensuring timely communication with leadership.
