Position Overview:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-arrival and departure inspections of our vacation rental properties. You will ensure properties are clean, well-stocked, and fully functional, and report or resolve any maintenance or housekeeping issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of properties prior to guest arrivals and after guest departures Check for cleanliness, damage, inventory, and functionality of all appliances and home features Communicate any issues to the property managers and staff promptly Take photos and complete digital reports via Breezeway mobile app Ensure all guest-ready standards are met, including staging and presentation Perform light troubleshooting (e.g., resetting breakers, replacing light bulbs, testing remotes) Provide excellent internal communication with the operations and guest services teams

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, get on a ladder, and carry 50 pounds Must be available Thursday through Monday , including holidays as needed Prior experience in property management, housekeeping, or hospitality is a plus Must be comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting Must be able to trouble shoot tv and WI-FI issues Must be able to deliver propane and hook it up to grills or firepits
