Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week A well-established residential community in Indian Land is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to support day-to-day leasing operations and resident engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing sales, customer service, and team collaboration in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The Leasing Manager plays a key role in driving occupancy, supporting resident retention, and ensuring a positive experience from first contact through move-in. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering professional and responsive service Manage leasing activity, including tours, applications, approvals, and lease execution Monitor leasing traffic, maintain follow-up processes, and support occupancy and renewal goals Conduct move-in inspections and ensure apartment readiness Build strong resident relationships to support renewals and long-term retention Participate in outreach and local marketing efforts to support leasing initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing procedures Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a sales-oriented approach Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management systems Previous leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred Collaborative team player with a professional and positive attitude What's Offered Competitive compensation with performance incentives Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holiday benefits Employee assistance and wellness resources Opportunities for professional growth within a stable organization

Schedule:
