We are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee a large multifamily community in North Charleston, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who knows how to lead teams, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and create an exceptional resident experience. What You'll Do Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goals Oversee all daily operations including leasing, resident retention, collections, and curb appeal Drive occupancy and financial performance through strong operational leadership Manage budgets, reporting, renewals, vendor relationships, and expense control Ensure work orders, unit turns, inspections, and make-readies are completed efficiently Build strong resident relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all federal, state, and local regulations Partner closely with maintenance leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager MUST have experience managing large multifamily communities of 500+ units Strong background in leasing, marketing, resident retention, and operations Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams Strong financial and budgeting experience Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills CALP required | CAM preferred SC Property Manager license required If you're a driven Property Manager ready to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of a large multifamily community, we'd love to hear from you! #
