ASAP JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for the overall field management, supervision, and coordination of electrical construction projects. This role ensures all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to plans, specifications, and company quality standards. The Superintendent provides on-site leadership to field crews, oversees daily operations, manages labor and material resources, and serves as the primary field liaison between the office (electricians, & subs) and the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

5 years of residential electrical experience Must be very flexible with working labor duties to assist as required and travel Great organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team Proficient in contract management and budgeting Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electricians, apprentices, foreman and on-site field supervisors, as well as subcontractors on assigned projects. Coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project milestones. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations. Conduct daily jobsite briefings and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards. Coach and mentor field employees, fostering teamwork and skill development. Inspect installations to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds company and industry standards. Ensure accurate installation per design documents and field markups. Verify and sign off on completed work phases for progress billings and client approval. Serve as the primary on-site Amped on-site team, escalation of contact for clients, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades as necessary. Participate in project coordination and scheduling meetings. Communicate effectively with project management, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders as needed to help the field and office/estimating team. Additional Requirements for
