Job Description

Job Summary Pay:
$55,000 - $70,000 per year Bear Property Management is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Director of Long-Term Rentals to support the daily operations of our long-term rental portfolio. This role is centered on tenant and owner communication and provides support for approximately 175 long-term rental units . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, handling day-to-day rental matters, and contributing to a stable, service-oriented team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant questions, concerns, and general rental needs. Communicate with long-term property owners and respond to inquiries. Assist with move-in and move-out coordination and tenant documentation. Support leasing processes, including applicant communication and scheduling. Maintain accurate tenant and owner records in property management systems. Participate in a rotating schedule to handle some after-hours tenant calls. Escalate urgent matters appropriately and ensure timely follow-up. Qualifications High school diploma; associate's degree preferred. Customer service, leasing, hospitality, or property management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests. Comfortable with basic office technology and software systems.

From $60,000.00 per year
