You will play a key role in driving traffic, converting leads, maximizing renewals, and supporting resident retention initiatives. This role requires a motivated professional with strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Essential Responsibilities Lead leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Tour prospective residents and professionally close leases Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM systems to convert leads into residents Process applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals, and resident files accurately Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents Maintain model apartments, amenities, curb appeal, and tour paths to company standards Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagement Monitor leasing traffic, conversion metrics, and reporting in property management software Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a timely, professional manner Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws , company policies, and operational procedures Collaborate with onsite team members to support overall community success Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED required Previous apartment leasing experience required Strong sales, leasing, and closing skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Saturday availability required Preferred Previous multifamily or property management experience Experience with Entrata or similar property management software Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with social media marketing, online lead generation, or resident engagement platforms Physical Requirements Ability to walk apartment communities and tour grounds regularly Ability to climb stairs as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Apply Today!
