Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and organized candidates for a Property Manager position with a Real Estate and Property Management Company. This position will pay DOE, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

Responsibilities:

Process rent/utility payments Assist with collections Prepare lease agreements Assist with budgeting Resolve resident disputes/complaints Responsible for leasing units, maintain online listings, conduct regular inspections, oversee maintenance requests, walk/drive property, report property concerns Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:
