Property Manager (Affordable Housing / LIHTC) - Cypress Creek | Cookeville, TN (112 Units) Are you an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager ready to lead a stable, well-performing community? We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee a 112-unit community in Cookeville, TN . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience who takes pride in operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
