About Us Three Stone Roofing is a premier residential and commercial roofing contractor serving Middle Tennessee. We specialize in high-quality roofing systems, exterior services, and customer-first project delivery. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Roofing Service Manager to lead and scale our Service & Repairs Division. Position Overview The Roofing Service Manager is responsible for leading all service and repair operations across both residential and commercial divisions. This individual ensures service requests are handled quickly, crews are efficiently dispatched, clients receive excellent communication, and jobs are completed profitably and professionally. This is a leadership role that blends operations management, customer service, scheduling logistics, and process development . Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations Management Oversee the full service and repairs schedule for residential and commercial clients Dispatch service crews and ensure efficient daily routing and job completion Prioritize emergency calls and urgent repair needs Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for service jobs Client & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers Manage inbound service calls and digital requests Maintain strong relationships with property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients Provide clear communication on scheduling, expectations, and job updates Crew Coordination Assign service technicians and repair crews based on job complexity and skill level Ensure crews are prepared with materials and scope clarity Monitor job completion timelines and performance standards Administrative & Financial Management Prepare service estimates and repair proposals Oversee billing, invoicing, and job cost tracking Ensure service work meets margin targets and profitability standards Maintain accurate service records and reporting Division Development & Innovation Improve service workflows, dispatch systems, and operational processes Identify opportunities to increase service revenue and efficiency Develop SOPs and scalable systems for long-term division growth Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in roofing service, construction service management, or field operations leadership Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems Excellent scheduling and dispatch coordination skills Proven customer service and relationship management experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Financial awareness and understanding of job costing Proficiency in CRM and scheduling software (AccuLynx or similar preferred) Ability to lead teams and hold crews accountable Preferred Qualifications Experience managing service technicians or repair crews Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience building service divisions or operational systems Work Schedule Expectations This is a full-time salaried leadership role Standard workweeks are Monday-Friday Weekend work may be required as needed to support emergency service calls, weather-related events, and high-demand periods Availability during urgent situations is expected to ensure customer needs and service standards are met Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaried position Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health benefits Paid time off & holidays Leadership growth opportunities Why Join Three Stone Roofing?
