Job Description

An ideal candidate will wear many hats, including but not limited to:
PROPERTY MANAGER, BOOKKEEPER, & LEASING SPECIALIST
to handle the day to day operation of maintaining a commercial and residential property portfolio. Billing & Invoicing Showing vacant units Maintaining vendor records Creating punch lists and following through with maintenance to make sure everything is complete Marketing - staying on top of social media, apartment listings, realtor referrals Quickbook entries Rent Tracking Deposits Answering tenant questions and track tenant issues Overseeing utilities, taxes, insurance etc for various properties
