Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring! We are looking for a property manager to join our team handing tenant interaction primarily in Warren County TN, with a few properties in Coffee and Rutherford Counties. This will be a part time job. Hours are not standard, but are flexible. Expectation is 5 to 15 hours a week. Responsibilities The primary responsibility will be front facing tenant interaction, handling phone calls, text, notices, property inspections, tenant screenings, tenant placements, move in / move out inspections, routine property inspections, leases, renewals, file management, etc. We use software to track tenant payments and some tenant communication. Job Requirements - Expectations Prior experience is not necessary. Any type of sales or customer service experience is desirable but not required. Own a smart phone (we use a google voice number), not a personal number. Most work will be handled remotely from your phone. Comfortable with technology, software, apps, emails, etc. Good understanding of rentals, leases, fair housing laws, property maintenance is preferrable. Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a wide variety of circumstances in a grammatically correct, professional, and firm manner to create a positive living experience. Bilingual is not a requirement, but helpful. If not bilingual, then the ability to use a translator app may be necessary. Coordination of property repairs and different subcontractors / vendors Coordination of leases, renewals, late payment notices, etc.
