In this energetic role, you will oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing properties to negotiating lease agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. Your expertise in real estate market analysis, customer service, and sales will be essential in attracting and retaining tenants while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. As a key leader, you will manage leasing teams, implement innovative marketing strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote available properties, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and community outreach. Engage with prospective tenants through personalized communication, virtual tours, and in-person visits to showcase property features and benefits. Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring favorable deals while adhering to legal standards and Fair Housing regulations. Manage the entire leasing cycle from application processing to deal closing, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Lead and manage leasing teams by providing training, setting performance goals, and fostering a customer-centric sales environment. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and local real estate dynamics. Collaborate with property management and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new tenants and ongoing customer service excellence. Requirements Proven experience in real estate leasing or property management with a strong understanding of the leasing process and industry best practices. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a passion for sales technology adoption to streamline operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse tenant populations effectively. Deep knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles. Strong organizational skills with experience in managing real estate teams and administrative tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and external partners confidently. Familiarity with real estate market analysis tools, industry trends, and sales strategies to optimize leasing performance.
